KNOW ABOUT TECHNOLOGY

Flex Printing :-

Flex Is A Sheet Of Polythene Widely Used To Deliver High Quality Digital Print For Outdoor Hoardings And Banner Mainly Printed By Large Color Plotters In CMYK Mode. These Prints Are Used Instead Of Hand Written Banner For Its Low Cost And Durability & Fast Production.
The Printed Colors Have A Slight Shine To Them And Contrast Extremely Well With Fabric.
Tests Have Shown That The Form And Color Of The Flex Print Barely Change After 100 Washes. It Is Made Of A Flexible And Resilient
Material - Even Thin Lines Do Not Break.

Screen Printing :-

Screen Printing Is In Common Use Today As It Is Relatively Cheap And A Variety Of Colours Can Be Used. Good Examples Are Seen On Fabric & Paper. You Can Also Have More Than One Colour Printing. In Industry This Technique Is Used To Produce Thousands Of Screen Printed Items, Even On Packaging. The Way Required  For This Technique Of Printing Are Shown Below :-

Screen Printing Is A Printing Technique That Uses A Woven Mesh To Support An Ink-blocking Stencil. The Attached Stencil Forms Open Areas Of Mesh That Transfer Ink Or Other Printable Materials Which Can Be Pressed Through The Mesh As A Sharp-edged Image Onto A Substrate. A Fill Blade Or Squeegee Is Moved Across The Screen Stencil, Forcing Or Pumping Ink Into The Mesh Openings For Transfer By Capillary Action During The Squeegee Stroke. Screen Printing Is Also A Stencil Method Of Print Making In Which A Design Is Imposed On A Screen Of Polyester Or Other Fine Mesh, With Blank Areas Coated With An Impermeable Substance, And Ink Is Forced Into The Mesh Openings Of The Mesh By The Fill Blade Or Squeegee And Onto The Printing Surface During The Squeegee Stroke. It Is Also Known As Silkscreen, Serigraphy, And Serigraph Printing.

Offset Printing :-

Offset Lithography Is One Of The Most Common Ways Of Creating Printed Matter. A Few Of Its Common Applications Include: Newspapers, Magazines, Brochures, Stationery, And Books.  Compared To Other Printing Methods, Offset Printing Is Best Suited For Cost-effectively Producing Large Volumes Of High Quality Prints In An Economically Sound Manner.

Offset Printing Is A Commonly Used Printing Technique In Which The Inked Image Is Transferred (or "offset") From A Plate To A Rubber Blanket, Then To The Printing Surface. When Used In Combination With The Lithographic Process, Which Is Based On The Repulsion Of Oil And Water, The Offset Technique Employs A Flat (planographic) Image Carrier On Which The Image To Be Printed Obtains Ink From Ink Rollers, While The Non-printing Area Attracts A Water-based Film (called "fountain Solution"), Keeping The Non-printing Areas Ink-free.

Offset Printing Is The Cheapest Method To Produce High Quality Printing In Commercial Printing Quantities. A Further Advantage Of Offset Printing Is The Possibility To Adjust The Amount Of Ink On The Fountain Roller With Screw Keys.
